Jonny Espinoza - Worship Leader

Jonny Espinoza hopes to bring a renewing and uplifting spirit of worship to Couts.  Jonny studied opera and classical voice, earning a Bachelor of Music Performance from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2019 and a Mastor of Music Performance from The University of Northern Colorado in 2022.  In addition to opera and classical, Jonny also had several opportunities to perform and learn jazz styles.

He and his wife Salina enjoy reading, tabletop gaming, hiking, and weekly pizza/movie nights.  Jonny seeks to enrich our music ministry and encourage everyone to "get lost in worship."  In his time at Couts,  Jonny has found a place where he belongs and feels he can express his joys and beliefs.  He enjoys playing music with the praise band and connecting with the band members on a personal level.
