April McGrew

Director of Children's Ministries

April McGrew is a graduate of East Texas Baptist University, holding a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Religion with a minor in children's music.  Originally from Oklahoma, she brings her small town warmth and deep sense of faith into everything she does. April is a devoted mother of three wonderful children and a proud wife to her college sweetheart, Todd.  Previously, April served in professional capacity as a children's minister, helping to set the foundation for her own personal journey in ministry as a parent.

After spending nearly fifteen yearts at home raising and homeschooling her children, April has developed a passion for nurturing both hearts and minds.  Her greatest joy comes from helping children develop an authentic, personal understanding of Jesus -one rooted in love, honesty, and genuine relationship.  Whether she's leading a classroom, supporting families, or serving in her church, April's life reflects her belief that faith is best taught through example, compassion, and everyday moments.
